Divine Truth & Deliverance Ministry was founded on February 12, 2004.  The church was officially incorporated on April 7, 2004.  Within one year God allowed us to move from a store front & blessed us with our first church building. The church began to grow as a result of the teaching. In that growth, the church and officers split causing a new growth and a new charge. 

 

Effective January 17, 2007 the church name was changed to Divine Truth & Deliverance Ministry, Inc.  

 

Bishop Doles has been pastoring in Jacksonville Florida for 17 years. He was chosen by God & called to preach & teach the word to His people.

 

Prior to pastoring Divine Truth & Deliverance Ministry, Bishop Doles was given a vision by God.  Bishop Doles experienced the supernatural move of God in his life.  He was already filled with the Holy Spirit. God charged our pastor to go out & reach His people. Bishop accepted the holy mandate from God to teach the truth of God's Word uncompromisingly.  After experiencing persecution, loss of membership, and many setbacks, Bishop Doles journeyed anyway to do God’s work. Determined not to be moved by what he saw, Bishop Doles continued to lead the congregation in the ways of God.  He teaches God's Word boldly and unashamedly.  God has truly blessed this Ministry. 

 

Continuing to follow God's mandate for his life, Bishop Doles pursued the vision of the church.  “To show unconditional love to all mankind regardless of race, creed, color, spiritual, mental, or health conditions, whether they be bound or free so that they may walk in integrity with the likeness of God”.  Being a man of vision and always sensitive to the move of God's Spirit, other churches will be planted in different locations in addition to the main headquarters.  God moved in the member’s lives whereas they see the vision that God has given the pastor & they are making a move in the right direction to assist in any way they can.

 

In October 2004, the pastor gave the First Lady Doles approval to go on with the ministry for women.  It is rightfully called “Women in Action”. They are venturing out to the homeless shelters & nursing homes to assist in any way that they can.  In 2007, pastor started a men’s ministry called “Men of Integrity”.  This is a vision, whereas God has instructed him to be a mentor for our young and older men, and God is doing a work.  June 24, 2010, pastor gave Lady Doles approval as God laid on her heart to start a prayer warrior intercessory team.  In 2011, a community outreach program was established.  We are in the process of revising it, along with a monthly food bank give-a-way.  Other ministries are in the works & will be formed as God lays it on the pastor’s heart.  This is truly a church on the move in the right direction, where imperfect people serve a perfect God.
